Default Last weeks cook(pic heavy)

I know, it's a little late

1st, two 1.5 lb bone in rib-eyes.

seasoned

next, gotta get the fatty ready

basic rolled fatty with peppers, onions & cheese

put in the freezer to set up, and made up some Moinks

inspiration for the day

sprinkled with my rib rub and back to the fatty

TO THE GRILL!

By the time the steaks went on, I was much too hungry to remember
about more pictures, but everything was very good
