OK, two of those entries used real smoked meat, smoked by the cooks for the entry,not just grilled with some smoke...

Oh, back on topic. Everyone of them looks great but still disappointed that nobody used any SPAM :tsk: Although, that floppy, thin crust does seem to cry out a little.
