Works great in my Big Easy. Hate to say it but chicken comes out equal to or better than from my Big Green Egg. There's even a way to use pellets for smoke (Totally unapproved by the mfg.)

personally I multitask the chicken beer can holders, stacking
the weber cooking grates is easy, and works well.....
