Default Trick that I learned from Heston Blumenthal

Ofcoarse I don't know Heston, but I was watching one of his videos on pizza sauce and he showed that if you cook the stalks of the tomatoes with your pizza sauze it will give enormous flavor.

I tried it and loved it so much I just needed to share this. Ofcoarse I made a video of my own pizza sauce as well.

Tricky ground for sure, but I must admit I lean more towards the, "You'd have to eat a big ass amount at a time for that to matter." crowd.
That came from reading various articles on the matter, but this is one I have bookmarked: http://www.ces.ncsu.edu/depts/hort/c...on/Lycopes.htm
