Help Boneless pork loin roast

I have a 3 lb boneless pork loin. When I took the netting off, there was 2 thin pieces. I kept them together rubbed and am smoking at 275 now. I am at about 130 degrees now. What should I do. There was some fat throughout, should I take off at 145 rest and try to slice or take it higher and try to pull. Thanks for the help.
 
Slice it! Its been my experience that loins don't "pull" or shred. Pull it at about 140, let it rest under a tent of foil and slice it.
