Over the moon happy !

We competed in our very 1st PRO DIVISON comp this weekend. And to say we totally surpassed our expectations would be a HUGE understatement. This was a stacked field of 46 teams from all over south region. We closed lids on 4 what we thought were "good boxes" wasn't overly impressed with any one box just thought "good".

we get to awards caught a 4th place chicken call, we were just done right there OMG !! type feeling like this is crazy.

No rib call ( 14th)

Pork came they called 10-5 so we thought okay no pork call , but then they called up to stage 1-5 in no particular order, our name was called...i can barley get up out of chair , we are just AMAZED ... call all way down to 2nd were still standing their .....1st PLACE PORK !!!!

No brisket call (15th)

Guys sitting behind us says "you know you got a shot at this " me , NO WAY ! he says , think about it your only team w/ 2 calls .....right then i just was in a daze , like this cant be happening to us...

overall awards same 10-5 we still sitting so now feel like ahh shucks we missed something.

Called up 5-1 , we get our name called ... literally crying ! like cant believe whats happening , this is surreal , like a dream...

We took Reserve Grand Champion !!!

All hard work , preparation , studying , practice , pratice pratice , sweat work all came together right there .....it was wild

Not done , not satisfied .....more to come proud be Jealous Devil PRO team
