Default open for business

Well I'm finally open. Last week I was open 2 days and this week since Wednesday (normal schedule is Wednesday through Saturday). Had my best day yesterday when I ran out of food by three. The days are long but go by fast, I'm having a ball. Here are some picks of the trailer, still have some organizing to do.

Your smallest family meal is your best deal. It is cheaper to buy the small pack and a slab than it is to buy the medium pack. In the medium and large packs, you are getting a dollar or more for each bun. I'm not criticizing, my brain automatically does math on me. I am looking at doing some of the same types of packs for football games and was curious what you had. Good luck with your operation. You've done a nice job with that rig.

Ray, I'm in Essex. It's about 100 miles north west from the NH boarder on RT89.

I'd love to see you but I'm not that close to NH. Closer to Quebec.

Thanks
