Default Final meal from a great smoking weekend....

I knocked out some big projects around the house this week and then the pollen knocked me out.

Wife asked what I had planned for this weekend......"Nothing at all but chillin & grillin while watching the Masters" was my response.

She didn't argue a bit and joined in with me.

Was super relaxing.

The butts I smoked were about the best I've ever done. The brisket smoked 13+ hours yesterday and was fairly decent. The apple & blue cheese slaw was thrown together from a recipe on the shredded slaw package.

Today, I simply enjoyed the leftovers.
Was good eating. I love brisket sandwiches with some hickory sauce on them. Same sauce on the pulled, which already had a vinegar table sauce on it.

Hope everyone had a great weekend as well.

+1 to golf and Q
Both are slow, lol

Had a good weekend of adult beverages, smoked chicken, and card playing fun with good family times

Looks great. Brisket sandwiches are almost the best part about smoking Brisket...almost.
