Interested in judging a BBQ contest in Mosinee, WI. ?
There is a BBQ – Chili cook-off to raise funds for the Mosinee wrestling team.
This will be the second year for the event and they are looking for some judges. Last year they had some restaurant chefs do the judging with mixed results.
The idea is to eventually turn this into an actual KCBS sanctioned event so they would like to see if they can find some people that really know Q to judge this year.
The event is being held on July, 27th in Mosinee, Wi.
