Contest Announcment Alma, MO - July 5 - Non Sanctioned

There is a VERY small contest in Alma, MO this coming weekend. The last few years we've only had five teams. Last year was three because of rain. This is a backyard contest and is not KCBS sanctioned. It is run fairly similar.

$30 entry fee
Plaques for 1st in categories
Ribbons for 2nd through 5th

It has been $30 to win a category and $300 to win overall. Plaque for overall.

It is a one day cook. Check in starts at 5am.

Beans - 2p
Brats - 2:30p
Chicken - 3p
Ribs - 3:30p
Brisket - 4p
Awards - 4:30p

Bratwurst is an open with open garnish. $10 to enter and brats are provided. Winner takes all.
