Hi all, I have recently built myself a new offset cooker (as shown in a previous thread) and i have made the observation that my food is getting done quicker than im used to at the same temperatures. I am worndering if this thing is flowing better than my little char griller did, causing a convection oven type of senario... Anyone know anything about this?
