Default Ribs and Butts... Food of the Gods!

Just thought I would post a few picks to let you folks know I was still cooking. I've been sooo busy with the new start up business (pics later this week).

Three separate customers requested enough orders to make a cook worthwhile yesterday, so I did four butts and 5 racks. The butts I dusted with BBS's Simply Marvelous Cherry Rub (this stuff is really good!) I hit the ribs with BBS's Simply Marvelous Spicy Apple Rub, and this stuff is out of this world. Everything cooked with K reg and Apple wood for flavor, BDS-Mega cruised right along at 245. All came out well, everyone happy and I made a few bucks. Thx for looking in.
