So today I was cooking 2 pork butts for my brothers graduation party tomorrow. If anyone was following my thread from yesterday I did 4 Chuck Roasts for the first time and made pulled beef. Anyways I put these butts on the drum around 10am and pulled them around 7pm. The drum was running hot all day around 300*. Not too worry though the butts turned out great. Throughout the cook today my 2 dogs were following me around and were constantly getting under my feet. I think they were hoping to trip me so I would drop some food for them. Anyways enjoy the pics.

Nice butts!:thumb::thumb:
Are those Boston's? Cute! (Yes, I said cute.)

Looks like everybody is going to end up happy with that cook!!

Looks like everything turned out perfect ! I was afraid when I saw 2 Hungry Dogs in the post of what I've caught my lab trying to do...

Just had a plateful of porkloin.... and am already hungry for some pulled pork.

Well done!!

Looks great. Nothin better than a drum runnin two days in a row.

Great looking butts and beautiful clean bone pull. Those are some happy dogs.

Hee hee...look at them dogs!
I love the pic with his logo in the back!:cool:

Nice pics!

How many thermometers do you need? One in the side of the drum, one in the butt, and three monitoring the grate temp. :razz:

Looks like you nailed the butts and the dogs look pretty happy too! I have two labs and those bones only last about 2 minutes with them!

I like the Phillies pit too, looks nice (Go Cardinals!).

Yeah I had to take the bones off them because I wad afraid they may choke on them. They enjoyed them for a while though. I have 4 spatched chickens on the drum now and should be ready to come off in another hour.
