Cheese Fondue in Bread Loaf
Ingredients:
- loaf of bread from St. Louis Bread Co (Panera Bread company outside STL)- Sourdough or French- UNSLICED (I have never found a big enough round bread at the grocery store, and the bread at Bread Co is SO good!) Day old from bread co works too because the outside will get pretty hard in the oven -12 oz shredded Swiss cheese -large tub of WHIPPED cream cheese -1 cup Parmesan -1 cup real mayonnaise Hollow out the loaf of bread and cut into cubes. Mix everything else together, dump it in the bread, bake at 375 for 50 minutes! Voila! Take it from me - it's incredible

Wow! That sounds good! Would this be a version of Welsh Rarebit?
I'm going to the store to try this fo sho. I love cheesy bread, carbs and fat. No wonder I'm in this shape.

. Bake it in the bread FYI - you must use a bread bowl, if you try a crock, all the grease floats to the top - bad. The bread absorbs the oils so it's practically fat free!
