suggestions on how to cook?

Wife picked up today 6.5 beef Top round Roasdt and I need to smoke-grill it sunday?

Need help

temps?

Grill or smoke will be good..

If you're cooking temp will be 300, figure 28-30 min/lb for med-rare and 30-33 for medium.

add or substract about 3 min/lb if you cook at 275 or 325.
 
The wife won't eat if she sees much blood so I have to go to medium with my cooks. That one was done at 225 without turning and taken off at 140.

Sorry no Pics. Last cook on Chubby ( for sale)
Put on BWS Chubby
Smoke at 225 with 2 chunks Sugar Maple
Went to Church-Lunch back after 3 hours
Still @ 225
Pork loin roast @ 138 degrees
.
Top Round Roast @ 133 degrees
Pulled @ 138 degrees and sliced tonight.
Very moist
.
Next time I think I will put on gasser to crisp up
