and yes, those are lemons, along with onions, garlic, celery, new potatoes, and corn. The whole thing is seasoned with a generous amount of salt, cayenne, dill seed, mustard seed, coriander, allspice and "liquid boil".

You serve thme by dumping them on the table and digging in.

Awesome. I have not had a crawfish boil since I moved up north. I was born and raised in New Orleans till I moved up here 20 years ago.Thanks for making me homesick. Love those bugs. We used to catch em off of 1-10 in N.O. east.
