So I got word late last night that I didn't have to go into work today. Somehow the holiday kinda snuck up on them. Anyway, I've been itching to smoke something. I didn't have time for a brisket. Wife doesn't really eat pork. So chicken wings it is.
A generous coat of Myron's Basic Chicken Rub on the backside
15 mins later and another generous coating on the the top side.
Had to separate them to get a full covering of rub
3 and a half hours later...
