Howdy,

Quick question... I've done a pork shoulder before, but am attempting 2 at once for the first time. For cook time, do I just need to calculate as if its 1?

Yep 1 or 2 dont matter much. 1 Butt and 1 case is a couple hrs different

Shouldn't make much of a difference, just plan the timings around the larger one if there is any size difference. I just didn't two on my WSM a couple weeks ago and this summer I did four 8 pounders.

Its still going to be around the same temp top an bottom grate. If its a 18.5 2 butts fit on one rack sideways. You will use more fuel and may have to run the dampers more open than normal

I've got the 22.5. I'll keep that in mind about the dampers. This is a new one too, so I'm assuming it'll run a tad hotter. First smoke. Thanks!

Nope..........Just go. You're still looking for probe tender don't matter how many.
