Default got a box

boo ya baby, its a pit barrel cooker.

won't be this clean after tonight.

got me a tri. a little PBC rub and were ready.

going to bake a potato w/ butter and a screaming onion.

everyone in the pool.

its 40° out and pouring down rain. my wife is at the patio door laughing at me. "just because you got a new bbq doesn't mean you have to use it tonight. get out of the rain you old fool. come inside and i will order ya a pizza". just wait 36 minutes after my 20 minutes for my coals and i will serve ya up a gourmet meal dear. my wife came outside w/ a coat, beanie, smile and a kiss.

this is so cool.

wanted some green stuff. so.....

hang time.

made up some lemon squares.

onto the PBC.

i was so happy w/ myself i treated myself to some chocolate milk.

oh my. the tri was to die for. tender, moist & juicy.
the lemon bars i let go for 4 minutes to long but after dinner i got some more milk and had a good time w/ this pan.

the food doesn't have a overpowering smokey flavor. the food taste so much better w/ the PBC. PBC is here to stay.
thanks for looking.

yes sir. easier to use than a big drum and the food taste much better. less smokiness and not than bitter tasting flavor.
