I like the JH Pecan for Pork but it clumps into small balls. Tried the JH Butter Pecan (all that was in stock that day) and it clumped up bad, almost the entire jar. Then I tried the Pecan rub using a saltine Cracker in the jar. It helped a lot!

Lightbulb Clumping issues ...

Just a idea if JH's rub clumps up or for any rub, you should try putting it in a ziploc bag and use a rolling pin or a can of some sort to break it up.
