Default Beef Ribs for dinner w/Pr0n

Decided to cook some beef ribs for dinner. Got a two pack from RD. averaged a little over a pound per bone.

Rubbed down.

Couple hours in at 275.

Fred Flintstone would be proud.

Looking great!

I've had short ribs on the brain lately - been awhile, need to get on some, especially seeing as how it's one of my new favorite things to cook/eat.
