Default I didn't plan on pastrami (pR0n)

I was going to wait until Christmas but y'all pushed up my timetable...

Suppose i can do another one then...(twist my arm) Love me some Ruebens!

Wanted to try with out foil on this round so i went about 225 in the mini for 9 hours for a 3.3 lb...tender enough to slice good

My wife introduced me to Rubens earlier this yea, I now would eat them every other day. Have yet to do pastrami on the smoker but I believe I am going to now. looks great!

You should, there's lots of ways to do it..straight low smoke, smoke with braise, smoke and steam, smoke and pressure cook
