Default UDS brisket pics

Spent ten hours today settin in the hotel parking lot minding the UDS. Marinated a 13 pound brisket over night. I used RO lump and apple wood. For all my trouble i got "this is the best brisket i have EVER eaten", from a friends wife. i have to admit it was pretty damn good!!

this kinda came out of nowhere but here goes...

1 liter Mt Dew
1/2 pint Crown Royal
2 oranges quartered, squeezed and tossed in
and some McCormicks beef rub.

it sat all night was patted dry and sprinkle with more rub.

lol we got tired of waiting so we foiled at 165 and let it go to 185ish, then popped it in the cooler.
