Started out with a 1.25lb tenderloin seasoned lightly with Montreal Steak Seasoning
Cooked at 550 for 6 minutes a side Finished Product Medium Rare, just how he likes it The Last Supper RIP Roscoe 1-1-1997 to 5-31-2010 You were a great companion and a great friend I love you |
