Default UDS Remote Therm Mod

Seem like the thin walls of the UDS tend to really pinch the cables of the remote thermometers. Especially if it isn't steel braded. Made these mods from some scrap metal and the gasket is from 1" wide BGE gasket a friend gave me. She tried to make pig candy to surprise her hubby and didn't have a drip pan....set everything on fire and burned all the gaskets off their new BGE...whe thought it was scary but still funny. Got new gaskets and gave me about a foot of leftover to work with. Going to try this mod out tomorrow doing a 10# packer. Will let you know if it works okay.
