Default Meat Loaf

I have had the veggie / fish grill for a long time and discovered it fits Jr with maybe ¼ inch on all four corner to spare. A great half day pot of pintos with the Easter ham bone in em and we were happy, happy, happy. Only thing missing there is some onion, but I guess “she that thinks, she must be obeyed” decided we didn’t need em this time since they usually keep us up at night.

Good looking plate but it does need more meat on it.

Your meatloaf looks very good and moist, I assume the taste was good, care to share the receipe?

The wife had that one ready for me when I got in and I'm not sure what all she did to it. She subscribes to a very quick KISS way of cooking which is totally opposite from my methods. Even if I just got something real simple I'm proly gonna stretch it out as much as possible cause I enjoy it and it gives me a reason to take a nip here and there too. I do have a recipe for a nice Mexican style meatloaf that's a lot of trouble to make but sure worth it. Here's a link to it and a pic of the last time I did it and I baked a tater casserole and some rolls at the same time...
