Has any one tried both and have a favorite in the low sodium beef?

I know the OP asks about low sodium, and I can't speak to that.

For regular stuff, we use Minors; but we have never tried Better Than Bouillon.

But, now that it has been mentioned, we will try it. Always looking to compare.

Both of them are like 90% salt, way too salty for me, may as well just use straight salt imo.

I think for beef base they're about a push. I really do like the Minors Beef Au Jus, though - so wind up just majoring on the majors and minoring on the Minors.

I might be wrong but I think the #1 ingredient in BTB is Beef.

minors has some great products and not salty..check out thier web site, I have made lots of sauces with thier products

I have used both and like both products. That being said, I prefer Minors for beef products and BTB for chicken.
