Watergate Salad Recipe?

Pistachio Pudding
Cool-Whip
Mini Marshmallows
Crushed Pineapple
Coconut(optional, yuck)

I know the ingredients, just clueless on the quantities.

I haven't eaten this in years, it just sounded really good to me as a nice cool dish to enjoy on a hot day.
