Default 150 - 200 meat serving size

Some of you know hat i am helping with my cousins huge party in september. The only crowd i have ever cooked for was 1000+ for my church. We did a luau and i had to cook all the meat in a bloody oven. that was way before i knew what bbq was.. Point being is i dont remember what my serving size portions were for the pulled pork.

How much meat is a standard serving size for pork. i thought it was close to 1/4 - 1/2 lb..

thanx guys

I allow for 2/3 lb raw per person for sammies on a big roll, 1 lb. per person no roll. We charge accordingly and never run out.
