Default Pizza Thursday!

So it was finally time to do pizza again. I went outside to light a grill and I heard my Traeger weeping and after talking to it found that it thinks I'm ignoring it. Of course being the fair and sane person I am, I had to fire up the Traeger to grill the pizza on tonight.
I made two differnt pies tonight, one a pepperoni with extra cheese and one with Alfredo sauce, fresh spinach, marinated artichoke hearts, fresh garden tomatoes and mozzarella cheese. I meant to use goat cheese so, I guess I'll have to do this over again very soon.
Both pies on the Traeger

Lotsa gooey cheese

This one came out fantastic!

I'm starving as it is, and after seeing this my stomach just started eating itself.

I love pizza on the pit. Those probably taste excellent cold the next day too.

We won't know that. Well, at least I won't. My son came in from an overnight call out(work)and as I'm pouring my cup of coffee this morning, he's taking the last piece out of the oven(rewarming). I told him "I guess the pizza was good , huh?". And mumbled something about "real good! I ate the last four slices". Lol.... I guess I'll make a couple more this weekend.
