Can't get much better than cedar planked salmon. I grew up in Bellingham, WA. and attended many "Potlatches" on the indian reservations. They would have dugout canoe races all day and cook salmon later on. Whenever I go visit in the summertime, friends that fish in Alaska bring out salmon and cook on a screen staked out over hot bed of coals. Takes quite a few brewskies to get thru the day. Your event looked great!!
