Sides Help
I will be cooking for 130 and have the meats down, but I'm not sure about how much sides I need to make. I will be serving 3 sides:
Baked Beans, Cole Slaw, and Mac n' Cheese The beans and Mac n' Cheese are my reciepe and I'll be using Mista's Pineapple slaw. How much of each should I cook. I thought about cooking enough for 40 servings of each but wasn't sure if that is the right way to go. Any thoughts or suggestions?

This is just me, but if you're serving 3 sides, then serve 3 sides x 130 portions.
Sides generally don't cost as much as meats, but if you run your 40 portions of each, (120 portions in total), you are setting yourself up for the first 20 folks to take all 3, (60 portions), the next 20 to take 2 out of 3, (40 portions), you now have 20 portions of sides left for 90 people, I don't want to be the one to answer for that mistake. 130 portions of each, and if you tank 25% better that than you were 25% short. Just my 2 cents!

Ya after looking at figures I think you're right. 40 servings of each won't be enough.

The last event that I catered, everyone took all of the side options. I sort of thought that they would just choose one. Just keep that in mind.
