first fatty
today i had to do some yard to I fired up my little Brinkman G Charcoal smoker and made my first fatty. They are bacon wraped ground beef and ground venision, and then I added some cheese, onions, green peppers, and mushroms, rib rub and some beet broth. I smoked them over apple wood for about 3 hours. I also had some extra ground beef, so I made some smoked meat balls, that I covered in saltens, rib rub, and onions, green peppers and mushrums. they came out real nice. can;t post photos yet.
will keep working on that. |
