Congrats, to everyone, especially Nancee and Greg, getting first in Whole hog and brisket. I am sure that Bob and Ginger raised the pig for them again.

Thumbs up

Thanks guys, I sure appreciate the nice words!

This contest is always so much fun, and I always get to meet and hang out with a lot of new people. Got to meet Diva Q of course, and got to hang out quite a bit with the Fat Angel crew which was cool. Add Canada, TX, AL, TN, the NEBS guys, etc. and you've got quite a great time.

Congratulations to everyone who got their name called, and congrats to Kell and his crew for pulling off another great contest. If you have the chance to do this one ever, I highly recommend it.

The OPEN was a blast!
One of the best run events I have ever seen.

Our first time with the bigger boxes and the comparative scoring.
We missed a call in brisket by half a point--so close, yet so far away
Learned a lot for next year.

Got to meet some new folks including DIVA.
She (and her family) are "a HOOT" and great folks!

Nancee and Greg hit it big at awards!
Great job (even though the trip to bathroom was a long way)

Flirtin' with Disaster will be back next year, for sure!

Congrats to all that walked in a tough field.
