LMAO! That's true! I was a no show. It wasn't that I didn't want to go, I just had things that got in the way. With the news about Jerry though, I wish I had been there.

Maybe I should make a deposit for this one? Let me know where and I'll gladly make one there!

You are welcome to come and check out the class with Chris if you two are bored in the afternoon... We will be wrapping up, around 5 with any luck, so I am sure our family would be in for dinner...

I will let you KC people set the place for dinner. Pretty much game for anything for dinner. Maybe Bigabyte will show up as well. If I have time might stop by the class but I will be in the middle of switching hotels. (Thanks to the government) Make sure you bring the girls and wherever we eat needs to have plenty of fruit...... Oh and beer!!!!!

I'd like to jump in on this bash with an offer; if ya'll haven't decided on a place to meet, my team (Fullwood Bros') is doing a practice cook Saturday in Lenexa. I've cleared it with everyone and we'd love to host a small bash and get some feedback on our comp. product. We'll be firing up the smoker at 8:00 for 2 small briskys, then adding a small butt, a few racks of ribs and some chicken as the day progresses. Should have a little room left if anyone wants to add anything. BYOB, Bevvies and cigars all afternoon, dinner around 6:00-7:00. If that sounds good, let me know and I can PM address, phone & directions - if not, enjoy the get together and see some of you at Big Creek in April!
