Default Remote digital and analog thermometers are not close

I just got my maverick et7 remote thermometer, and I am also using an analog thermometer. My digital says 181 and the analog shows between 200 and 220....which one do I believe?

Another thing. Do a check on the digital with boiling water, and ice water. It will give you a better idea of how far off it is.
