United Super market is a running a special on packer briskets for 88 cents per pound with 10 dollar purchase. limit 2 per visit. I picked up 2 nice choice excel packers this morning. for 30 bucks.

Saw that in the Market Street ad this week. Couple other grocery stores have .99/lb also.

I have one I injected just waiting to put it on about midnight. Brisket is not my favorite cut but for .88 I couldn't pass it up.

Hall Johnson and Hwy. 26. Grab some of the Shiner 98 that was last seen on the endcap as you walk down the beer aisle towards the meat.....and keep an eye out for Grumpy, as you never know when he is lurking in the store:lol:
