Beef Ribs and Rib Eyes....
It's been a while since I posted any Pr0n. I check in And see all the great cooks the brethren do. So here we go....
Did some beef ribs with webers seasoning. Along with mashed potato and Mac and cheese. Smoked over oak chunks. It came out ok but wished I only used salt and pepper only. My other cook was Rib eyes and kept it simple salt and pepper and onion powder and garlic powder. My wife helped out with the ABT. Thank for looking and everyone have a happy new year.

The food looks great, but next time you should consider throwing that Romo jersey on the fire too.
