Hi All,

Finished with my first comp. First of all i had The Doctor beside be. He's a great guy, very nice. I finished 9th in Wild Game, 6th in Ribs, and Beginners luck i guess, first in brisket. I will post pics later when i get them.

Here are some pics of our turn in's, please let us know what you think, than i will post our scores the brisket picture vanished from our digital camera, so we took one with leftovers with no garnish.
 
Everything looks great - Question tho, did you submit the winning brisket with all that sauce?

maybe not that much sauce, we just glazed them lightly with our sauce.

needed to be cooked longer?, get crispier?

Ribs: 9/7/7 8/8/8 8/6/7 8/8/8 8/8/8 9/7/7

Too Spicy i think for most of the judges

Pork: 7/5/6 9/8/8 9/8/9 8/5/6 6/6/8 5/7/6

i think maybe the pork was too juicy

Brisket 9/9/9 8/9/9 9/9/8 9/8/9 7/7/7 9/8/8

Damn Good!
