Kamado Joe
Anyone have experience with these Kamado style cookers? I am just getting into learning about them as we picked up the Kamado Joe line and will be distributing it out in the Northwest. Can't wait to get my hands on one.

http://www.kamadojoe.com There are a LOT of people around here who cook on ceremic pot style cookers like this - such as the Big Green Egg. You would probably do best to do a search of this forum for Kamado Joe and Big Green Egg to dig up a TON of information . . . Hope this helps!
