Roasted chicken with coconut butter sauce

This is what i made the other night. Wanted to try something different. I posted a few weeks back asking for opinions on what to serve with the chicken. Cury or lemon sauce. Well i did both. haha. though i prefere the lemon coconut sauce. oh and homemade doughnuts

thanx guys. it was pretty tasty. Next time, however, i will let the rub marinate into the meat longer. i could taste it on the skin but not on the meat..
