Selling in Iowa

We are thinking about selling some BBQ in or area in order to raise some money for comp fees. Are any of you familiar with the state regulations in Iowa for basic vending? Nothing real big. Just some sammies etc in the hopes of raising a couple hundred dollars.

I am not from Iowa, but that isn't stopping me! Call your local or state health inspector and talk thier ear off. Free advice from the folks that are going to be inspecting you isn't a bad thing.
However, a lot of folks simply bring their BBQ to work and let everybody sample it and then let it be know it is for sale. Is this legal???? Don't know, but a lot of folks do it to build up their comp accounts.
