Default Wings & Cheese Fries

Had the urge for some wings and cheese fries today. Fired up the Kamado Big Joe and ran her at 325F the whole time. Wicked good and hickory was the choice of fuel today. Rubbed down the wings with Oakridge game bird and chicken rub. Grub was gooood.

Those are some good looking wings.
Can you describe what you are cooking on? Looks like a half pizza stone. Is that standard equipment with the cooker?

I'm cooking on the grate itself. But beneath is the split heat deflector. It comes in 2 pieces. I have it setup as a indirect/direct cook. It's a Kamado Joe accessory.

What kind of sauce did you use on the wings? Looks farkin' delicious! I wondered who would only make two pieces of bacon at first then I remembered the fries...I'm not even hungry right now and I'd eat the chit out of those!
