There is no tougher contest in Georgia than Dillard.

Rub really showed his chops to win Grand, and he would like to remind everyone that his trailer surely can use some tacky bumper stickers. (wink)

Congrats! Dillard is a huge bragging rights contest.

I'll be in Franklin next weekend...visiting friends and just playing tourist.

I imagine I'll stop by a couple of times between Thursday and Saturday...so if anyone needs a pot washer just let me know.

RUB is a cooking machine!
But, he has gotta pay for that new trailer

Here in the SE, there is always drama at awards.
We are side betting on whether RUB will be GC or RGC!!!!

The "high point' for us has been to place higher than him in a catagory!
Our 1st place Ribs took his 2nd place ones at Palm Beach Gardens.
Marked it on my calendar as an annual holiday!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Once in a lifetime event.

It would be easy to be jealous or resentful of his sucess except for one thing---He is a friend and a gentleman who earns everything he gets.
And, he is an ambassador for BBQ and the FBA.

Great work RUB and all that walked at Dillard.
Always a tough crowd there.

Potwasher.... stop by... Me and Nelson are coming in solo.... my brother is on his way up from FL to try and help out some and keep an eye on the two grandkids for me.... My wife's dad is in the hospital again, so I am bringing the kids so she can be with her dad.... so much fun....
