I am debating between the 300 and 400. Is that the 300 or 400 next to you in the photo? You can get two deep full size pans in the 300 for doing butts/briskets? So basically like 4 butts or 2 briskets in a 300? How many more deep/full size pans fit in the 400 over the 300? I know you can get like 6-8 thin pans in the 300, but I am looking at full size (deep) pans.

that is a great spec sheet - where did you find that? Would love to see that and the one for the 300 side by side to see a "real world" comparison if you will.
