New Invention? Introducing the Reuben Omelette!

I hope this is original...certainly never heard of it before I just had leftover corned beef to use up and it was breakfast time.

Here we go....everything that's in a reuben sammy.... home made dressing, smoked corned beef, swiss cheese, sour kraut and rye bread toast!

And here we GO! The reuben breakfast!

Don't ya hate it when you think you've come up with something new but that wheel's already been invented?

I gotta do this again though...very good. The rye toast completes it imo.
