What up guys! This is my first cook to be posted on the site for entertainmant purposes! My brother Wampus came over with his family for Labor day festivities.

On the menu:

Appetizers

Moink balls by Wampus
Skewers of veggies and beef stew meet
Ham chunks with pineapple

Main:

Rottiserie chicken two ways

honey musterd rosemary

old bay and parsley.

Very tasty indeed! Wampus, thanks for the help bro, and for all the tips with posting the pics.

Some of the pics while cooking were taken by Wampus himself which I'm sure will be posted at a later date.

Oh, and no.....he ain't no newbie. He and our other brother got ME started on grilling with charcoal! He done did this before!!!
 
Man I just realized, my spelling sucks! I need to work on that.

That's good lookin' grub!!! I really need to rig up my rotisserie to my UDS... That chicken looks incredible. :cool:
 
Don't not worry about grammer either. If is sounds close run with it.

Great looking cook. You done them vittals good.

Here's the chickens cooking. I think this was about 1/2 hour before pulling the birds. He used 2 different glazes.

I brought the drum over to cook all the K-bobs on.
As he stated, he had veggies with beef, ham with pineapple and I brought a bunch of skewers of MOINKs.
So we loaded it UP!!! MOINKs wend on bottom rack....

Oh maannnnnnn that is some good lookin grub, I wish my brother would get into cooking. Last time we were together I had to explain the difference between bbq and grilling, and to think he grew up in the south and still doesn't know any better. He is an Alabama fan which explains a lot. Muahhhahahha
