Default The BRISKY PICS

G'Day Bruces

Had to have a kip, sorry. Here we go...

First I smoked some onions and mushies in the pan

I had my baked beans smoking on the bottom deck.

Then brought that into the kitchen to finish off.

And then let it simmer for a while...

and I moved on to the Brisky...

Point and Flat seperated like ... man they just SLID apart!

Money Shots....

Then took the food over the the neighbours for a late lunch..

Here is the spread, and my plate..

And a final leftover shot.

Now, The thing is that these people have had a LOT of my BBQ. But EVERYONE when they tasted this, just stopped... and LOOKED at me..

Then the words... OMG this is amazing... HOW did you do this????

Seriously, it was the first time any of us had eaten BBQ Brisket, and ALL of us were amazed. I've never experienced such a moist, intense BEEFY flavour like that, with such tenderness... It's like... I dunno.... I just can't believe how good it was

Seriously... I'm just shakin my head at the flavour...

And I've still got the point in the fridge for lunch today!

Cheers!

Bill

Bill, the table with the spread photo looks like you cooked a Zebra skin for effect. I had no Idea that there were zebra's in oz? How is this possible? Awesome job. I AM SO HAPPY FOR YOU GUYS DOWN THERE. Sounds like a blast was had by all!
