Got a call for a catering gig for 250 poeple on June 21st in Ann Arbor MI area. They want a whole Hog cook plus full out catering(other meats possibly, sides....ect) Can't do it ourselves...not set up for a whole hog cook yet and the few other folks I know said they are already booked for that date.

Tried Troy and Devin...both are booked for that weekend already. Let Dale know and he's supposed to talk to the Ralph, (Jeff Clarks friend) Dale already has 2 parties for that day so it depends on timing of Ralphs party.

I hear ya Matt. That's where we will be...on the Island that weekend visiting the kids and grandbaby...and of course at Williepolooza visiting our LIFO's Brothers and Sisters.8)
