Grilled some choice ribeyes today for the family.

Salt, Pepper, garlic powder and fiesta fajita seasoning

Getting Ready to dig in!

Whew! I was afraid it was ketchup. That could be grounds for membership revoking punishment. But, since it was fresh salsa made by your mother-in-law, and you live in San Antonio, the salsa capital of the world, ( think Paces Picante) you get an Amen pass! ketchup lol. OH it's all gone!! i paid @ $33 for 4 steaks and all 5 of us ate, much cheaper than going out to dinner at a restaurant. A friend of mine gave me some pecan and I used a little bit of that. The rib eyes were deeelicious!!

Those steaks look good from here. We don't have ketchup here and I've never allowed my mother in law to eat at my table!!!!!!
